[Regarding this tour]

This is a tour where you can come into contact with nature and learn while having fun, accompanied by an instructor.

In the "Forest and Water" experience, you can go for a shower trekking in the valley,By playing outdoors in the forest and relaxing in a hammock,Learn about the relationship between forests and water.

*This plan is for those in third grade or above.

9:30 Reception begins at Ena Sanso front desk

10:00 Introduction of instructors and meeting of participants

10:30 Move to Shiroyashio Valley

11:00 Shower trekking

12:30　Bath and change clothes

13:00 Lunch (Ena Sanso)　

13:30Outdoor hammock experience and tea time (lakeside area)

15:00 End of the tour

What to bring:

・Sports shoes that you don't mind getting wet (marine shoes and water shoes are acceptable)

・Long sleeves and long pants that you don't mind getting wet

・Changing clothes (We recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants to prevent injury and insects.)

・Shower trekking involves mountain climbing where you will get wet. Please wear clothes suitable for mountain climbing.

　*Please refrain from wearing sandals or slippers.

・Protective gear and helmets will be provided for rental.

・This program is for students in the third grade of elementary school and above.

・Children in the second grade of elementary school or younger may take the escape route if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If any of you will be taking the escape route, please write this in the comments section. (There is no participation fee.)
