The start time was notified incorrectly, so I was not able to give the lantern. The start time was notified by prior email as 7:30 p.m., so when I went 30 minutes earlier at 7 p.m., the lantern was already up. I thought they would do it again at 7:30 p.m., so I waited in the cold for about 20 minutes, but nothing happened. After that, I explained the situation to the staff and found out that the notification was incorrect because the lantern is only given out once. When I asked for a refund, they asked me to give them my contact information because they were checking and could not answer right away, so I gave them my contact information. The next day, there was no explanation or apology, and I only received an administrative email about the refund procedure. The staff who dealt with me on the day was nice, but I was only dissatisfied with the response afterwards. I was looking forward to it, but it was disappointing. It was the worst event I never want to go to again. I felt really bad, so I will never go to any events in Ena in the future. I hate Ena.

The directions were very confusing. The directions to the parking lot and the signs were hard to see, and the start time was announced as 7:30pm, so we were preparing for that. When we arrived, the lanterns were already up. Even though we paid, the lanterns were not raised and we were charged 3000 yen for viewing. I am also dissatisfied with the staff. It is natural that it is cold for an outdoor event in December. Given that, if the staff are entrusted with such responsibilities, I would have liked them to fulfill their responsibilities instead of freezing up and shivering in frustration at the cold and not guiding people around.
