We stayed here as a group of six: my two children, my husband, and my parents. This marks our third consecutive year staying for two nights and three days. Both the cottage and the deck are spacious, and with the river and play facilities right in front of us, the kids have a blast every year. While it was great that the play facilities were so well-equipped, it was also a bit of a problem that people who clearly weren’t staying in the cottages were coming into the cottage area. A child came running in while swinging a wooden stick, with his father simply following behind, smoking a cigarette, so I was a bit nervous that the stick might hit our car. We’re very satisfied with the facility itself, but I think if they could put up a few more signs in the areas restricted to cottage guests, we’d be able to enjoy our stay with even greater peace of mind in the future.

Every year, we enjoy BBQs and stays in a beautiful, pleasant environment, and we’re so grateful for your hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

There were two centipedes in the closet in Building 5. I was so worried I couldn't sleep. I got rid of one of them. The refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, and the timer on the rice cooker was broken.

Friendly and very good guidance when checking in. The Kamimura River flowing in front of us was very beautiful and refreshing in the morning.

We used this room with a relative's family (3 adults and 3 children). We arrived a little early, but the receptionist was very helpful. The atmosphere of the cottage was great and we enjoyed the wood stove. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so we were able to use the cottage at a great time of year. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to and made us feel at ease. I would like to visit again in the summer when we can play in the river.

Thank you for letting us use your facility the other day. We used your facility for a one-day trip to experience a wood stove. The food cooked with far-infrared rays was delicious, and the flickering of the fire and the sound of the wood crackling soothed us. Please let us use it again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for one night with my company mates. It was a very nice building, and although it was cold season, the wood stove was very warm and the atmosphere was great! The staff was very polite and helpful when we called with questions. We will be back with our family next time!
