I have used this service twice. This time we made a reservation for our dog's birthday. Although the dog run was not available due to the autumn foliage season event, we took a walk along the red sidewalk where the maple leaves had fallen, and said hello to the dogs we passed by. It was relatively warm during the day, and since it was our second time, we were able to enjoy the BBQ on the deck terrace with good arrangements. The decorations for the photo shoot were cute, and the cake we had ordered was decorated with our names on it, so it really was a great keepsake. It was cold on the terrace at breakfast time, but we enjoyed hot soup and hot sandwiches and coffee in our room. We did not use the fire this time. An oil heater was provided, but it would have been nice to have another one if possible. Anyway, it is good to be able to stay here with your dog without any worries. I would like to come back next year.

I was impressed by everything about the room, the food, the customer service, and the response to our inquiries. I was quite concerned due to the daily news of bear damage and bear sightings in Ena City, but they took various measures and we were able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. This was our first glamping experience as a family, It was truly a great memory. Thank you very much for everything.

First of all, it is hard to know where the parking lot is. Do I even need to write my child's name on the reception form? I don't understand why I have to tell them the name of the company or anything. The new staff explained everything to us, but in the end they are relying on their seniors, and I think it would be better if they practiced a little more. The rooms, bathrooms, toilets, and bedding were clean and comfortable, so I was happy. It was raining at night, so I didn't mind, but the only way to keep warm is by air conditioning, so it would be deathly dry in the winter time. As for the food, we are a family that eats very little, but I was surprised at how frugal the food was both in the morning and at night. Of all the glamping resorts I've stayed at, this was by far the cheapest. Cheap meat, cheap fish... If I thought they would charge more if it wasn't for the early bird discount, I don't think I would stay here a second time.

The dinner (BBQ) using local ingredients was delicious even with only the taste of the ingredients. The quantity was also satisfactory. The cooking method and how to use the utensils were carefully explained to us, and we were able to cook well. The room was comfortable and bright with white walls and not a single dog hair on the floor. It would have been nice if there were chairs.
