It was great! The room was just as cute & cozy as the picture. All the furnishings are lovely! We used the large bathroom so we didn't use the shower room, but the restroom was clean and easy to use. We had dinner at Ena Sanso because it was cold due to the season, but it was delicious and very satisfying. We felt the thoughtfulness of being treated with Ena's delicious food. The best thing was that the staff was kind and very pleasant to deal with. The room and the food were wonderful, but what made me most happy was the attentive care of the staff. I would like to use this hotel again.

While we enjoyed playing in the snow, the tent was warm and comfortable with a nice interior. The ocarina experience, baked marshmallows, and rice cake pounding will all be cherished memories for the children. Thank you very much!

It was my nephew's first time at the camp, but he had a great time and was very excited! We had a great New Year's Eve and New Year's Holiday with lots of events such as New Year's soba noodles, countdown fire, and rice cake pounding! The fire was warm and the staff took care of every detail to make us comfortable. Also, the dinner was delicious, especially the Hida beef, which melted in your mouth and was really tasty! The only thing I would have liked was for the water in the bathtub to be a little warmer, as it was lukewarm and did not warm up fully.

It was a relaxing vacation. The facilities were clean as they had just been built, and because there were only a few guests, perhaps because of the weather or on purpose, we were able to use the restrooms and bathrooms freely and did not feel any inconvenience. The dinner was delicious with local food. I am sorry that I was so full that I left out dessert. We are thinking of using the hotel again in the summer.

I want to go camping, but winter camping is too cold! That is why we chose glamping this time. Dinner was in the main building, away from the glamping area, but the food was much better than I expected. The fried char that you can eat down to the bone and the chestnut pudding were very tasty. At night, we spent time relaxing by the fire and gazing up at the night sky for the first time in a long time.

The staff remembered that I was here last time and called out to me. I was so happy! The coffee bean experience was my first time to roast coffee beans like this, which is something you don't get to do very often, and it was great to be able to drink that coffee for breakfast! The evening meal was delicious and fun to make! We roasted marshmallows, cheese, and other items we brought over the campfire, drank some drinks, and relaxed. The fire was quite warm, even in the cold! When we went to bed, the mattress didn't get warm enough, probably due to the cold air from the ground. I put on a HEATTECH and put a blanket on the mattress. I woke up with half of my body cold and half sweating from the heat. If you have trouble regulating your body temperature or are cold, you may need to take personal measures such as a body warmer or a nightgown that does not shed heat easily. I am not sure if your bedding is winter equipped. There were blankets and electric carpets, which were not available last time, to keep the room warm! Thank you very much!

It was great to have a private bonfire as soon as we arrived and to be able to relax and stay warm while watching the sunset. The barbecue meat, vegetables, appetizers, and desserts were all very tasty, and the curry and freshly cooked rice were especially excellent! The temperature dropped dramatically at dinner time, and even with the plastic curtains, the space for eating dinner was very cold, and the rice and meat got cold very quickly. It would have been better if there were heaters around the table so that we could eat warmly and slowly. The room was spacious, we could see the stars from the room, and it was warm. The bathroom is not inside the dome, so we had to go to the front desk each time we needed to use it, which was a bit of a hassle. I was also expecting breakfast, but was a little disappointed that the breakfast was average except for the honey. It was very nice to have a relaxing stay.

The food was delicious and the restrooms and bathrooms were clean and enjoyable. The staff was kind and courteous and happy to help us.
