The customer service was very good, as confirmed by the reviews in advance. The employees were excellent from check-in to check-out, as was the response I received when I called in advance to check on a question I had. I think it was worth the large amount of money we paid. The weather was unfortunately (or rather unexpectedly) snowy that day, which made for a very cold glamping experience, and even though we had prepared for the cold, we were shivering during dinner, so we were unable to enjoy the quality of the food and the glamping atmosphere. This was very disappointing (although in a way it was an unforgettable and valuable experience). Breakfast was also cold, but not as harsh as at night, and I was able to enjoy it moderately. (Although it was still cold). I understand that it is difficult to heat the entire tent since the dining area is outside, but I think the situation would have been a little better if there was at least something to warm our feet.... Aside from those conditions, the entire glamping facility was new, clean, and generally comfortable, and we left satisfied. I hope we can go back again.

We wanted to give a glamping gift to a friend for her birthday and we used this place. When we asked for a birthday cake, they gladly accepted and took care of all the details to make the surprise a success. The staff also sang with us to celebrate with us and we had a really wonderful time. The staff was so nice to us and we had a wonderful time........ The only thing I would say is that the BBQ at night got cold as soon as you put freshly roasted food on the plate. I would like to ask for a metal plate (enamel?) at least during the cold season. I think it would be better to use wooden or stylish craft plates instead of metal plates (enamel?) at least during the cold season to prevent the food from getting cold too quickly. But even that was a fun experience for two 40-something amateur campers. I would definitely use this campground again. The friendly staff will make you feel at ease.

The facilities were clean and overall I was satisfied, I thought it would be nice if there was one more rice dish for dinner. (Sausage, seafood, etc.). Also, Wi-Fi would have been nice. The free drink corner was nice, but I was disappointed with the paper cups. The paper cups are thin, so when I filled them with hot water, they were too hot to hold. I wish they would make the cups more heat-resistant.

This was my first time glamping and it was a lot of fun! I had never camped before and had no knowledge or equipment, but I wanted to try glamping around a campfire, so I was happy to find the perfect plan. I was so excited when I actually went inside! The sofas and decor are nice, and I appreciated that they provided blankets and water. It was also helpful that there were multiple electrical outlets installed. We also took advantage of the free drinks and board games that were available for rent. I was surprised that the food was more luxurious than I had imagined from the pictures ‼︎The meat and shiitake mushrooms were huge ‼︎The desserts were also very satisfying ◎I also enjoyed making hot sandwiches for breakfast. I was also happy to have a big bonfire in the center and a smaller one in front of my tent. The big fire was very powerful, and the small fire was relaxing because I could add my own wood and observe the fire closely. The staff was very attentive and made me feel at ease. It was kind of a perfect experience...Thank you so much. ‼︎ I enjoyed walking around the area and thought it would be a different experience if I went in a different season. I would definitely like to go back. ‼︎

The employees were very helpful and made the glamping experience enjoyable. The view, the rooms, and the entire facility were beautiful and easy to spend time in. The meals were delicious, but I thought it would be fun to have a choice of several different course patterns to choose from. Thank you for the wonderful time we had!

This was our first time using this hotel. We stayed with a couple and two elementary school-age toddlers, and although it was cold at night in November, we stayed outside with fleece, knit hats, and tights. We had a great time with the kids by the fire and stargazing. The price was also better than the summer season. We also went to the large bathhouse at the lodge, but since it was a cooler time of year, we thought it would be fine to skip the bath. Also, the proximity of the tent to the administration building made it very convenient for our children to use the restroom. Thank you to all the staff. We will definitely go back again.

This was my first time glamping, and I found the facilities to be very beautiful and the food preparation to be very thorough and comfortable. It was also great that each tent was equipped with a campfire. The staff were all warm and welcoming and my daughter missed them and wants to go back to see them again! Unfortunately, the chairs for the fire and the benches outside were wet with frost at night, so we had to sit on the chairs to relax. Also, the bath in the lodge was too lukewarm and did not warm my cold body at all. Except for these two points, I was very satisfied. The nature tours were also great, with activities for adults as well as children, such as learning about nature while walking and lying in a hammock.

However, although it was unavoidable, many stink bugs came into the room and we had a hard time keeping them out. They seemed to be coming inside through the ventilation fan, so we told the staff that we wanted it blocked up, and they took care of it right away and made our stay comfortable. We took our baby and 89 year old. We rented two buildings with 9 people and were very happy to have them eat at the same table. The rooms were clean and the children were in touch with nature even without a TV, and it was nice that they were allowed to make some noise. I read the website carefully when we brought our baby, but there were differences in the descriptions of what was in each tent and what was in the administration building, and I wondered if there was a kettle or microwave oven. If the descriptions were a little clearer, we could have made the items we brought a little more compact. I would appreciate your improvement. I would like to visit again next year.

I was very satisfied. It was relaxing to get away from the busyness of daily life and spend some leisurely time. The food was delicious, the portions were just right, and there was a good selection of sweets. The free bonfire was also nice. The thoughtfulness of the staff (advance notice of cooler temperatures, lending umbrellas in case of sudden rain, etc.) was also appreciated. We were also lucky enough to participate in a free nature tour, where we walked through the forest, studied plants, and rested in hammocks that we had put up ourselves. It was a very relaxing experience. My one complaint is that the temperature of the morning bath at Ena Sanso was about human skin. I went just after 6:00 a.m. when it opened, but the water had cooled down and was only slightly warm where the water barely came out, so I could not relax. That is my only complaint. I would like to use this hotel again so that I can take a hot bath in the morning.
