We will definitely use this service again. The pets had a great moment in the large dock run and were very excited.

Areas for improvement 1. It would be better to have the entrance near the temporary restrooms so that you don't have to go around so much. 2、We stayed in Room E. The stairs are steep and narrow, so it is difficult to go up and down. 3、The bedding in the room was matted, so it was hard to get up. It would have been easier with a bed. 4、The room is small. Good points 1、No smell 2、Separate bath and toilet 3、 Quiet The dogs were comfortable, didn't mind the noises, and slept well! If I had more time, I would have liked to use the dock run.

We won a travel voucher at Daxfest and used it. The facility is small but clean, and we had a lot of fun at the BBQ on the wooden deck and making breakfast sandwiches. The staff at the reception desk and the staff who prepared the BBQ were very polite and helpful. We almost failed to get a fire going, but they were able to get it back up as quickly as possible. I would like to use it on my own next time.

The meat at dinner was very tender and delicious. The breakfast sandwiches were good because we made them ourselves, so we could put in as many ingredients as we wanted. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and satisfying. The rooms were very clean. It was also nice that a bottle of water was included per person.

(1) It would be nice if Japanese food could be selected for breakfast. (2) It would be nice if the road from the parking lot to the administration building was paved. The staff are all very helpful and clean, and I would like to use this facility again. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Both dinner and breakfast were very tasty and plentiful. The rice cooked over an open fire was especially delicious, and the whole family devoured it in no time. Of course, the pets' meals were also homemade, and our dog enjoyed them as well. The rooms are compact and spacious, and the bath is spacious and relaxing. The fire at night was a great way to spend time with my family and our dog. It is a wonderful facility that is friendly to both people and pets. We stayed for one night from 8/12. We were a little disappointed that it was a rainy day, but the staff was very kind and helpful, replacing wet wood and helping us build a fire. The dinner was very satisfying, with a very tasty appetizer and meat, and the portions were very generous. We also enjoyed making and eating hot sandwiches for breakfast.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but we were able to enjoy the barbecue and bonfire on the deck, which was sheltered from the rain! It was a shame that we couldn't use the spacious dog run because of the rain, but we would like to come back for a second visit! The staff were all very nice and we had a great time!
