We used your service for a surprise for my 20th birthday. I am so glad we chose this place because they were very accommodating to us until the very last minute regarding the decorations and the cake, and the recipient was very happy with it 🎶. The free badminton and card games were also amazing! I didn't have any free time, in fact, I didn't have enough time!

Three of my friends and I went glamping. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The evening meals were delicious and the portions were just right! We couldn't get enough of the desserts. We had breakfast in front of the lake and it was great. Thank you very much!

It was unfortunate that the portable speakers were not fully charged or turned off quickly. This was our first time glamping, and the facility was pleasant and enjoyable both inside and out.

This was my first time to use the hotel. The room, the breakfast and dinner, the view, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the surprise cake for my birthday and anniversary. On the second day, I went on a boat for the first time during the nature tour. I couldn't get the hang of it and he did a great job going back and forth, but the view from the top of the mountain and the walk on the mountain path was great! It was a really good memory of our 2 days and 1 night! I would like to come back again!

It was great! It was cool for August and the kids loved the hammocks, bonfire, and roasted marshmallows. The food was sumptuous and generous. It was a little too much for our family, but we didn't want to leave anything behind, so we ate as much as we could, and our bellies were full (lol). My children are not good at eating salads and they have a finicky appetite, so I thought it would be great if the price could be kept the same and we could choose the amount of food we wanted to eat. The desserts were also plentiful and I felt sorry that I couldn't finish them. But I would like to go again!

The staff were all very courteous and caring. The facilities were clean and comfortable and not too many bugs. We were able to enjoy breakfast by the lake, build our own fire, enjoy the surrounding nature, the starry sky, etc., while being comfortable.

We had a great time and it was so quiet at night that we didn't mind the other glampers. We were not able to use the large bathroom due to time constraints, but we were able to use the shower room which was available for a longer period of time, which was nice. It was very clean. There was a fire in each room, which was very soothing, and we had roasted marshmallows by the entire campfire, which was great. The food was even better than we had imagined. It was also very photogenic, so I was very photogenic, lol! It was so great that we have been talking about coming back since the first night. Thank you very much! I am glad we added the sauna and cake. It was a great memory. We hope to use your services again.

The facilities were new, clean, tidy and very comfortable. We appreciated the free hot drinks, of which there were several kinds. We were provided with several kinds of card games and other playthings so that our children, who were bored because of the rain, could have a fun time. I thought it would have been helpful if there was some kind of sprinkler system outside the administration building, as it unexpectedly rained so hard that the water overflowed and our feet were covered with grass. (I would have felt uncomfortable removing the grass and mud at the washrooms.) The nature tours were fun, and I was surprised at the service we received, even tea and snacks. I hope we can go again in every season. Thank you very much.
