I can only thank all the staff for being so kind and courteous and making our stay so pleasant. The baths at Ena Sanso are far from the tents, but we were told that it is possible to pick up and drop off guests on rainy days. We were very satisfied with the food, which was luxurious, stylish, and delicious, while still having the outdoorsy feel that only glamping can provide. The food is also delicious, with many local ingredients used! The only thing I would like to mention is that the only beverage included in the breakfast was juice, so I wish we could have chosen coffee or tea. (Coffee can be purchased from vending machines or at the administration building.) I could hear birds chirping and frogs croaking inside the tent as if it were background music, and it was very relaxing to be surrounded by nature.

This was our first time glamping with a couple and their children, ages 0 and 6. The sofas and beds in the dome tent were nice and fluffy. It was a relief that the room was clean and smelled so nice. It is good that babies can colonize inside the tent, but I think it would be easier for those with small children if there were chairs or strollers to sit on during BBQ that you can take with you. There was also a kettle at the front desk so it was easy to make milk. After check-in, we took a walk to the nearby lake until our dinner ingredients arrived. It was a very nice memory. I felt that the ingredients for both dinner and breakfast were really good. The vegetables and meat were all delicious. The smoked cheese and snacks available at the front desk were also great. The staff was very helpful and came to check on us to see if we had any problems. I would like to go back with my family.

Overall, the place was very clean, the food was good, and we had a good time. What would you like to see improved? There should be no time limit for the baths. The only hair dryer in the room was not powerful enough to dry my hair, and I left the room half-dried. I left with half-dried hair, but the hair dryer in the shower room dried it quickly, so that was a relief. I also thought it would be better if the bath was closer to the room so that the water would not get cold. I was disappointed that there was no coffee at breakfast. It would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room. I thought from the pamphlet and other information that the fire would be by the lake, but it wasn't. I thought we could do it by the lake. This was my first experience of glamping camping. The rooms were more relaxing and enjoyable than a hotel. 🤗 Unfortunately, it was raining ☔️, but we were healed by the service of the staff. 🙏. We had a bonfire 🔥 even in the rain and enjoyed the camping atmosphere. The food was also delicious with meat and curry. However, since the BBQ stove is so nice, I think we would have enjoyed it a little more if they had chicken and sausage. I would have liked to have more chicken and sausage 🍖. Breakfast was also delicious. The hot sandwiches were a surprise to me, but they were very tasty. I'm not sure if I would have enjoyed it 🥪. The weather was beautiful and we were very satisfied with our stay. The tents and deck furniture and fixtures were stylish with a uniform atmosphere, and the distance between us and our neighbors was appropriate, making us feel very much at home. Both dinner and breakfast were a feast, and we split one portion between us, which was plenty. The grill is very good and cooks very well. The appetizers and desserts are also well prepared. I used this service during GW. Perhaps it was because it had just opened, but the staff seemed well-staffed. When a ball went up on top of the tent, they took it away with a stepladder and a long handmade stick, thank you very much. The day we stayed was sunny and hot in the tent, but the air conditioning made it comfortable. The evening meal was delicious with local ingredients and a great selection of desserts. Breakfast was a delicious croque-monsieur using the hot sandwich maker, but unfortunately we had to eat breakfast in the tent because one of the wasps came and circled around the hot sandwich maker. This was our first time glamping, but I guess it is unavoidable in nature. The marshmallows roasted in the fire pit were delicious. It was a great memory for my children.
