We had a very enjoyable time. Dinner was an adult meal with hors d'oeuvres as well as barbecue. We brought our own seafood, so the quantity was just right. If you want to eat a lot, it would be better to bring meat or seafood. If you bring your own alcohol, you can refrigerate it in the fridge, and there are some in the store. The best part was the star-filled starlit sky while having a private bonfire right in front of us after dinner. The breakfast was delicious and hot as we could grill our own hot sandwiches. The shower room is spacious and the water pressure is great. The customer service was young, youthful, and smiling, which was also soothing. I would definitely go back again.

We stayed here with 4 men in their 20's. What impressed me the most was how helpful and friendly all the staff were! It was a really pleasant stay 😌✨. The dinner was a little bit small for 4 men. It was a little bit small. The taste was really good 😋. We also got to build a fire, which was so exciting because it reminded me of the old campfires 😂🔥. It's nice to talk around the fire together 🤗🔥. As for the bathrooms, there is a hot spring a short distance away, and there are also beautiful shower rooms in the glamping facilities, so we didn't have any problems. The only inconvenience is that there is no toilet in the room and you have to go to the administration building of the glamping facility 🤔. The building is still new and clean, the atmosphere and food are great, and the staff is the best 🥳🥳🥳🥳. If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again, or even go to see the staff 😆 lol. We experienced canoeing. We had the lake almost to ourselves. I was so close to the surface of the water that I felt like I was swimming in a float. I was very impressed! The room was larger than I expected, clean and lovely. The sofa was also very comfortable and relaxing. The meat for dinner was delicious. Full stomach. The fact that the rice is cooked from rice is also very fulfilling. And the starry sky is great. The weather seemed to break late at night, but we were very happy to see the starry sky. It looks more beautiful if you go a little darker. The next day it was raining, but I read on the sofa until check-out. I would like the soup for breakfast to be warmer. If I wanted, the check-out time could be a little later. More variety of activities would be nice. It would be better if there were toilets, washrooms and showers in the rooms. But overall I was very satisfied.

It had been a long time since I had been out and it was very relaxing and refreshing. I was able to eat at my own pace, and everything from appetizers to desserts was delicious. I learned how to cook rice and it turned out delicious. The young staff was very kind and friendly, and when the fire went out, they immediately took care of the problem and explained everything to us in detail. The only drawback was that there were bugs. It is summer, so that is not an issue.

I had a lot of fun talking with my friends while watching the fire in front of our room. The sky was beautiful and I still remember it. I wish I could have had coffee while watching the fire, in the morning, or after dinner. I didn't bring any food or drink with me this time, so next time I have the opportunity, I would like to bring some coffee. Also, there were no slippers in the room, so I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot and wore socks. Also, there were no written instructions on how to use the speakers or hand-held electricity in the room, so I had to look them up on the Internet as I had never used them before. It would have been helpful for first-time guests if the room information booklet had instructions on how to use them. We used the bath at Ena Sanso, and although it was a cold day, it warmed us up to the core and felt great. We were able to experience glamping for the first time with the Ena Citizen Discount. We wanted to experience glamping once, so we took advantage of the Ena Citizen's Discount Ropelan. We were able to get a great discount because it was the time of year when the prefectural discount was also available. The dome tent and BBQ terrace were just as I had seen on Instagram and on the website, really stylish and nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the BBQ for dinner was very generous, and we had dessert the next morning. The staff was very kind and helpful. There were large garbage cans for combustible and noncombustible items at each tent site, so we could dispose of our garbage without having to bring it back home. The breakfast was very stylish and cute, and they even had a hot sandwich maker available. We brought our own drinks and a few things for the kids to eat, but we appreciated the fact that we were free to bring our own food. We were allowed to make baked potatoes at the fire pit at each site, and our 4 and 1 year old grandchildren were allowed to play as they pleased and even try their hand at roasting marshmallows. The dome tent had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and plenty of electrical outlets and extension cords. The beaded bear cushions were also very cute. My grandchildren, who came from Kanagawa, had a lot of fun and were able to move freely because they were able to keep an eye on us. My daughter was also happy that she was able to enjoy the celebrity time. I am a citizen of Ena City and have been to Nenoue Kogen before, but now there is such a wonderful place and I was able to enjoy an extraordinary and elegant time and experience the joy of glamping. I am very happy to have such a wonderful place to boast about in Ena City. The parking lot was nice and close by. The restrooms were also close and clean. The washrooms and water for washing dishes were also good because there was hot water available. We used the bathroom at Ena Sanso, but there was a beautiful shower room in the administration building, so I thought it would have been fine there as well. Insects got into our tent and we had to kill them several times, but that's just the way it is in the mountains💦. I hope many people will experience this.

The staff was friendly and nice, but I think it would be nice if the campground had a higher quality feel, which is fine for a regular campground. There were a total of 5 groups using the site that day. If possible, it would be nice if we could leave one mansion open. The family next door was noisy until late at night. I would like to ask families with small children to use the first end of the site or make some other effort. Talking about facilities, I would like to see washrooms on the site. Especially for women who need to put on makeup or wash their face and hands. It is inconvenient for them to have to take their small children to the administration building to wash their hands. The view from the tent windows is not good. It is a pity because the facilities are so good. It would be a more enjoyable stay if you could plant flowers or at least enjoy the view from the window. I would like to have an extension phone to contact the staff. I have to go to the administration building every time. I think it would be exciting to have some kind of performance when lighting the bonfire. I wouldn't say a countdown, but the fire would be lit before you know it. It's a shame since the facility sells bonfires. The roasted marshmallows were very good. That's all I wrote on my own, but I hope this facility will be loved by everyone.

This was my first time glamping. I really enjoyed the bonfire and barbecue and had an extraordinary experience. It was a happy time, forgetting to look at my cell phone, zoning out, and eating freshly grilled meat and vegetables. My daughter, who is in elementary school, enjoyed the roasted marshmallows that the staff handed out at night! She said it was so much fun! The staff was very attentive and happy to help us. We were also unsure of what to wear due to the high altitude, but when we asked via email, they replied immediately. Thanks to them, we were able to stay warm and well-protected. I would like to go back again.

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ We had the pleasure of using this hotel in mid-June. The room was more than spacious enough for two people and the air conditioning was perfect. The food was all delicious and the meat was so hearty that two people could not finish it. The best part was the staff! They explained everything to us and took care of us reasonably well. It was a great memory! I would like to use this place again!
