The food was very good. At dinner, the curry was refillable and my child had another helping. The staff was very considerate by moving up the marshmallow time because it looked like it was going to rain. It was nice to relax in an extraordinary atmosphere.

Rooms were clean and relaxing. The bathroom was clean and nice. The dome was open and we didn't have to worry about noise from the neighbors. The food was reasonably adequate and enjoyable for what we could do on our own. The desserts were very good.

The room was just right for the 4 of us and was spacious. The rooms were stylish, and this is what glamping is all about! The room was stylish and the glamping experience was just like glamping! I was a little concerned about the loud laughter and chatter that could be heard outside. The pillows seemed fluffy, but when I put my head on them, they were flattened, so they were not comfortable. I also thought the price was a little high, but it was on a Saturday and Sunday during the Bon festival, so I thought it was about the same. I have nothing special to say about the customer service. Some of them were very friendly and guided us around in a familiar manner. I appreciated that they waited for me to explain things while I was taking pictures. There was a Bluetooth speaker in the room, which was nice to be able to play our favorite music. The restroom itself was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable to use, although it was difficult in the rain because it was far from the restroom and the hand-washing facilities were only near there. The dinner was just the right amount. The pork was more fatty but tender and delicious. There are plates available, but I thought it would be nice to have something like a small plate to put the sauce, etc. on. There were only flat plates and it was hard to eat. And there are mittens for grabbing hot food, but they are thin and quite hot even with the mittens on. I wish they would provide thicker ones. After that, it would be nice if we could get only ice. (You might have been able to get it if you asked.) I would have liked an umbrella or something similar in the room.

We were a family of four, with two sons, a college student and a junior high school student, and this was our first time using the hotel. The room was clean and all the food was delicious. The two double beds were a bit small for two boys. The food was good for the boys who eat a lot, so it would be better to bring a few ingredients from home. The dessert pudding at night was very good. In my opinion, it would have been nice if they had reduced the number of desserts and served instant coffee. The children seemed to enjoy the bonfire, as it was unusual for them to put in their own wood and quietly watch the flames. They also liked the roasted marshmallows. We had a very elegant time in the beautiful tent, barbecuing on the deck, and relaxing by the fire at night. Thank you very much.

We used this campground on August 12-13. The children enjoyed many things that they cannot experience everyday, such as lighting campfires, roasting marshmallows, breakfast by the lake, leatherworking, and painting ocarinas. I would like to stay here on a sunny day next time. I would like to see the beautiful starry sky.

We had an extraordinary and very nice time. The bathrooms and rooms were generally very clean and the baths at Ena Sanso were comfortable. The kids were very excited about the roasted marshmallows by the campfire and campfire. The ice cream vouchers were also great for those with children to use as a countermeasure against giggles. It was hot in the middle of summer, but the air conditioner and refrigerator in the room were a big help. I would definitely use this hotel again, and my children would like to come back. The only thing we would like to improve is the smell of sewage in the water. I think this could be improved with a simple water pipe installation. It would be useful to have a manual with detailed instructions on how to cook BBQ for dinner, and as an amateur, I was a little confused as to whether to grill with the lid of the BBQ grill closed or open. Overall, we were very satisfied. I would like to visit again.

It was inconvenient to wash my hands when they got dirty during meals. It would be good if there were hand-washing facilities in the tent area. If I had to say something extravagant, I would like to see shower toilets at each site.
