It was raining on and off, but by the time we went coffee roasting, made baked marshmallows, and took a walk around the Hoko lake trail, the rain had cleared up and we were able to have a great time. The staff was kind and very attentive to our needs, and we were able to spend a pleasant time. Thank you for a wonderful time. This was my first time using this service with my family. The glamping staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. The restrooms were clean and nice. We were four women and we had a great time. It was our first time glamping and we were excited, the room was exactly suited for the projection and the fire was lovely. The water supply was far away and I thought it would be a little different if there was one at the tent. Also, the evening meal was less than I expected and I wish there was more meat.

My girlfriend and I used it together. We are very satisfied! The customer service was great, very likable and wonderful. I was just looking at the wood chipper and she asked me if I wanted to try it. I was so happy that she asked me if I wanted to try it. The room also had a nice atmosphere and Bluetooth speakers, which was very nice for two music lovers. The chef was very attentive to our needs, explaining the dishes in detail. The quantity was just right and we were very satisfied. We only used the shower room in the bathroom, but it was very clean and we were satisfied. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but the rain was so nice that it was good for the atmosphere. I thought they were really great about taking care of us, eagerly checking the weather information and being very concerned about whether we would be able to have a bonfire or roast marshmallows, and if so, I would let them know. After using the facility, I happened to meet an employee at another location, and he noticed us from the other side and greeted us. I think we received really pleasant customer service from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!
