This was my first time using this service with my family. The glamping staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. The restrooms were clean and nice. The kids loved the dinner and breakfast food, which was stylish. The bath time at the mountain villa was short and crowded, so it would be nice if there was more time to spare. We have used the glamping in May and this is our second time in August. We enjoyed the glamping as we expected. We were four women and we had a great time. It was our first time glamping and we were excited, the room was exactly suited for the projection and the fire was lovely. The water supply was far away and I thought it would be a little different if there was one at the tent. Also, the evening meal was less than I expected and I wish there was more meat.

We really enjoyed our stay and were treated with kindness by all the staff! It was really nice that we were allowed to use the bath as if it were our own private bath. Rooms were clean and relaxing. The bathroom was clean and nice. The dome was open and we didn't have to worry about noise from the neighbors. The food was reasonably adequate and enjoyable for what we could do on our own. The desserts were very good.

The room was just right for the 4 of us and was spacious. The rooms were stylish, and this is what glamping is all about! The room was stylish and the glamping experience was just like glamping! I was a little concerned about the loud laughter and chatter that could be heard outside. The pillows seemed fluffy, but when I put my head on them, they were flattened, so they were not comfortable. I also thought the price was a little high, but it was on a Saturday and Sunday during the Bon festival, so I thought it was about the same. I have nothing special to say about the customer service. Some of them were very friendly and guided us around in a familiar manner. I appreciated that they waited for me to explain things while I was taking pictures. There was a Bluetooth speaker in the room, which was nice to be able to play our favorite music. The restroom itself was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable to use, although it was difficult in the rain because it was far from the restroom and the hand-washing facilities were only near there. The dinner was just the right amount. The pork was more fatty but tender and delicious. There are plates available, but I thought it would be nice to have something like a small plate to put the sauce, etc. on. There were only flat plates and it was hard to eat. And there are mittens for grabbing hot food, but they are thin and quite hot even with the mittens on. I wish they would provide thicker ones. After that, it would be nice if we could get only ice. (You might have been able to get it if you asked.) I would have liked an umbrella or something similar in the room.
