We were very satisfied with the full range of things we were able to do (coffee roasting, tent sauna, canoeing, bonfire), which we don't usually get to experience. The customer service was great and made us feel very safe, and the food was crazy delicious both at night and in the morning. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms and shower rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you to the staff, thank you very much.

I would like to have some more vegetables (salad, etc.) for dinner. If you are targeting young people, I think it is fine as it is now. The room rates are relatively high, so maybe you can attract more customers if you make it an adult holiday concept. ...... Yoga events, Dutch oven experience, etc. ...... Other than that, I am satisfied.

At dinner and breakfast, there were explanations and we were able to enjoy the food without fail. We took a hot spring bath. The bath was a little old, but it had a retro and relaxing atmosphere. I personally felt that the service was very good and safe. I was able to spend a relaxing time in a perfect camping atmosphere. The heating was off because it hurt my throat when I was sleeping, and I slept with the heater off. I personally felt a little chilly at dawn. I will bring a warmer and a mask for sleeping next time. It seems that bugs are still around this time of the year. If you don't like bugs, I thought it would be better to eat indoors. If you don't like bugs, it would be better to eat indoors. Personally, I am not afraid of insects, so this is one of the best parts of camping. This bug encounter was also a wonderful memory! I'm not a fan of hot weather, so it was just perfect. I am planning to go back next year. Thank you so much!

Overall, it was very good. The food, especially dinner, was very good. We also used the tent sauna, which was cosy. I felt it was a little inconvenient that the shower room was not available very often. I also thought it would be more comfortable if Wi-Fi was available.

My girlfriend and I used it together. We are very satisfied! The customer service was great, very likable and wonderful. I was just looking at the wood chipper and she asked me if I wanted to try it. I was so happy that she asked me if I wanted to try it. The room also had a nice atmosphere and Bluetooth speakers, which was very nice for two music lovers. The chef was very attentive to our needs, explaining the dishes in detail. The quantity was just right and we were very satisfied. We only used the shower room in the bathroom, but it was very clean and we were satisfied. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but the rain was so nice that it was good for the atmosphere. I thought they were really great about taking care of us, eagerly checking the weather information and being very concerned about whether we would be able to have a bonfire or roast marshmallows, and if so, I would let them know. After using the facility, I happened to meet an employee at another location, and he noticed us from the other side and greeted us. I think we received really pleasant customer service from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!
