It was my first time using wood for a bonfire and it was a lot of fun. As the name of the plan suggests, we were able to enjoy a bonfire! I have experienced bonfires with fallen leaves many times when I was a child, but I really enjoyed the sound of the wood crackling, the way it burned with sparks, the air flow and the placement of the wood, trying to make the flames bigger, struggling to control the fire a little smaller, and the thrill when it burned bigger than I thought it would. It was a lot of fun. On a frosty morning when it was so cold that even the chairs were frozen, we asked the staff to light the fire and they replaced the wet chairs with dry ones, so we could sit down without feeling cold. Thank you very much. 　I thought I had prepared carefully for the 900-meter altitude, but I made the mistake of wearing boots to protect myself from the cold. It was just too much trouble to put on and take off the shoes. The slip-ons provided were for use on the wooden deck, so I knew I needed shoes and slippers that were easy to put on and off when camping. Also, there was no hot Japanese tea in the vending machine or drink corner, so I wished I had brought Japanese tea bags. I could have substituted tea or black coffee, but I really wanted warm Japanese tea. 　The weather was fine, the stars were beautiful, and it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

We used this hotel in November. Overall we were very well satisfied. Below are some details if you can think of them. Things that would be nice to have in the room: humidifier, kettle or kettle, hand wash, and a way to keep warm in the BBQ space. I know there are issues with smells and sparks from the fire, but it would be nice if the fire was a little closer to the tent. Also, it is not as warm as I thought it would be because of the shape of the tent. The service of lighting a fire is nice, but since it starts at 7:00 a.m., it would make the time spent watching the sunrise more worthwhile if the fire could be started earlier. I would be happy to have the fire started earlier than 7:00 a.m., so users can light it themselves. (I don't think it would bother me in the summer because it was cold and all I cared about was the part of the house.) We had a second helping of curry, but it takes a little time because it is brought from the lodge. It would be helpful if you could let us know ahead of time so that our meal would not be interrupted. There is no coffee at breakfast. If I had known that, I would have brought it. I was very satisfied with the staff, the food, the facilities, the staff cleaned up early in the morning and looked after the whole place. Thank you very much.

I have experienced multiple glamping experiences and the satisfaction level was the best. The tents, bedding, furniture, towels, and amenities are as clean and comfortable as a hotel. The blankets and fur bench covers are warm and thoughtful. While there is no running water in the tents, the administration building where it is located is air-conditioned and the restrooms and shower rooms are comfortable. I was impressed by the constant cleaning and all the staff are just friendly and quick to respond. The food was perfect in every way, ingredients, taste, and volume. There were three different desserts. It was quite cold in early November (the lowest temperature was 0°C), but the inside of the tent was warm and fuzzy. They are considering installing a heating system for the barbecue deck. Drinking water, alcohol, and coffee were available for purchase at the administration building, but I would suggest bringing your own cooler box and cups.

We stayed here with one adult and one child. The room was extremely clean, smelled very good, and was very relaxing. The meal was the same amount for my 7 year old, so I left him some of the food, for which I apologize. The vegetables were very sweet, the curry was delicious, and the meat was good. I thought it would be even better if there was a meal for children. The firewood was available free of charge and the smell of the cypress was wonderful. The bath is not large, but it was relaxing and refreshing. I was able to take my time in the bath and felt refreshed. The staff were all very kind, I would like to go back again. This was our first time using this facility. Because of the women's perspective of the facility and the food, my family and children were happy to enjoy it to the fullest. I would like to say that there is a heater outside and warm soup at night, because it is said that in the middle of winter, it is cold-proof. I also thought the path to the large bathroom was too dark and dangerous. The staff is very polite and helpful. It was clean and I was very satisfied.

The leather craft experience gave me good memories. My companion and I would like to go back again. I personally thought that one less dessert for dinner and one more appetizer or BBQ would be good. Overall, we are very satisfied!
