[Regarding reservations for this plan]

・This plan is only available to students enrolled in high school, technical college, vocational school, university, junior college, or graduate school.

・All guests must present their student ID cards at reception.

*If we cannot verify your student ID,The difference between the regular price and the regular fare will be charged to the person and accompanying person.So please be sure to bring it with you.

・Minors must bring a consent form from their guardian.

　*There are no specific requirements. Please prepare in writing.

[Regarding pick-up and drop-off]

・For guests arriving by public transport, we can provide transportation between Akechi Railway's Iinuma Station and Hoko Glamping.

　Pick-up:Departs Ena at 14:50 → Arrives Iinuma at 15:04Our staff will come to pick you up at the appointed time.

Drop-off: Iinuma 10:01 departure → Ena 10:14ArrivalWe will depart the facility 25 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

*If you would like to add an activity to your trip, or if you would like a different schedule, please contact the facility in advance.

*You may be asked to ride with other passengers.

*Pick-up times may change depending on congestion.

[About the rooms]

[Regarding the use of bonfires]

☆You can enjoy bonfires for free at Hoko. Glamping☆

- There is a center fire pit in the center of the facility and individual fire pits in front of each dome tent.

・The center fire pit will be lit around sunset.*Depending on the weather, it may not be possible to light the fire.

・Individual fire pits are available for use during the following times. Please let a staff member know if you would like to use them.

After check-in, 15:00-22:00, 7:00-9:00 the next morning (fire and firewood can be provided up to 30 minutes before)

[Regarding meals]
