The staff explained in detail, which was good! As for the tomato hot pot for dinner, I felt the overall portions were small. It may depend on the person, but some adult males may not be full. Also, the weather was bad, which limited the amount of walking and outside activities we could do. I thought it would be more enjoyable if there was an option to rent a Switch or other non-board game! It was my first time glamping and I had a great time. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

This was my first time to use the hotel. The room, the breakfast and dinner, the view, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the surprise cake for my birthday and anniversary. On the second day, I went on a boat for the first time during the nature tour. I couldn't get the hang of it and he did a great job going back and forth, but the view from the top of the mountain and the walk on the mountain path was great! It was a really good memory of our 2 days and 1 night! I would like to come back again!

The staff were so kind! Thank you for being so kind to my children and teaching them so many things. The food was delicious, and the rooms, toilets, and surroundings were all well-maintained and very clean. The hot sandwiches we made and ate on the nearby lakeside and the marshmallows around the bonfire were memorable. I want to go again.

We had a wonderful time spending some precious moments together as a family. Thank you very much. The hard-boiled eggs were difficult to peel. I thought it might be a good idea to consider ways to make them easier to peel or to look into alternative options.
